HOW TO DETERMINE IF YOU NEED OUR HELP WITH JURY SELECTION  

 

 

Have you ever asked, thought, or done the following:

Asked: "What types of jurors do I want on the jury for my case?  Who is better for my case, men or woman?"

​

Thought: If a potential juror starts expressing feelings that are dangerous to my case, that juror will poison the rest of the jurors into believing the same negative views.  So I need to stop them from talking as quickly as possible and strike them from the jury.
